Wrightstown Historical Society

Wrightstown Historical Society The Mueller-Wright House is an 1850s Greek Revival style home built by Wrightstown founder Hoel S. Wright for his family, on the shore of the Fox River. Purchased by local businessman Carl G. Mueller in 1872, it was renovated and used by the Mueller family for many years. In 1975 the home was purchased and restored by the Wrightstown Historical Society.

The historical home is furnished with original items from both the Wright and Mueller families, with period pieces that help to portray everyday life in Wrightstown during the 1890s. The museum offers exhibits pertinent to the history of the wider Wrightstown area. The Mueller-Wright House also contains the research library and records of the Wrightstown Historical Society.
